Sneak Peak Shopping Alert 👀 🚨
We are getting SO close to an official opening date. But orders are still rolling in, our team is still learning the ropes, and we are putting all the finishing touches together. That said, with the long weekend upon us, we thought our neighbors may need some tasty provisions for backyard hangs and lake parties. So we are hosting preview shopping hours today, Friday 05/22 (2pm-6pm) & Saturday 05/23 (10am-6pm). Come say hey, see our progress, and pick up some quality meats, cheeses, and other market items.
PLEASE NOTE:
For this special preview weekend,
We will NOT have sandwiches or any other made to order lunch, dinner, or beverage items this weekend, nor any fresh produce for sale. These will roll out with our official opening!
We WILL have cut to order cheese and charcuterie, as well as fresh baguettes.
The shelves and coolers are filling up nicely, but we have more items arriving literally as we type this! If there is something you don’t see that you want, just let us know! It just might be in a box waiting to be put out.
We will be closed Sunday, and then opening at 12pm on Memorial Day Monday for our special hot dog popup with our neighbors .

We are once again partnering with our neighbors for an exploration of the magic that is pairing cheese with wine. 5 distinct cheese styles paired with 5 classic wines. Lots of knowledge from our own Fritz Gibson and Krista Slater of The Lark. Mostly a really fun hang with tasty things to bring us together. Wednesday! We’re popping up with a lil preview of some of the sandwiches we’ll be offering for lunch in just a few short weeks; Half-Shep fans will gleefully recognize some old faves, and people who simply love a grilled cheese will be in heaven. The team at the Lark will have some refreshing wines to pair, so it’s a pretty great way to spend your Wednesday evening. Fun starts at 5pm, goes until we run out of sandwiches (or 8pm), no reservations just come on down.
