Narcissists be like "she's unstable."
Meanwhile sis lived every single day not knowing which version of him was going to show up.
But sure. She's the problem. ðŸ˜
Because let's talk about what actually creates that "instability" they love to diagnose her with. It's not a character flaw. It's not a personality disorder. It's what happens to a completely normal human nervous system after months — sometimes years — of living inside chronic unpredictability. Of waking up every morning and running a silent threat assessment before she even got out of bed. Manic Monday where everything was her fault. Torment Tuesday where the silent treatment arrived without explanation. WTH Wednesday where the person she loved yesterday was unrecognizable today.
She wasn't unstable. She was hypervigilant. There's a profound difference.
Her nervous system was doing exactly what nervous systems are designed to do — responding to a genuinely unpredictable environment with heightened alertness. That's not crazy. That's survival biology functioning correctly inside a situation that was never supposed to be survived.
And then he gets to point at her reaction to his behavior and call it her condition.
That's the most calculated part of the whole thing. Create the chaos. Then use her response to the chaos as evidence that she was always the unstable one.
She wasn't unstable before him.
She was just living with a storm and expected to stay dry. 🖤
