WE LIKE BIG BEANS AND WE CANNOT LIE 🫛 Beans have finally arrived and they are good. Fry em up in the pan with a little olive oil and salt or dump a spoon of garlic and black bean sauce on them (my fave preparation). Get em and the first of our fall crops at the Athens farmstand open every Saturday 10am-1pm @ 39 2nd st in Athens!

Athens Farmstand open every Saturday 10am-1pm ✨🌼 We grow everything we sell… which puts us in a bind when there’s a sudden increase in demand for lettuce 🤣 In all previous years, we ALWAYS had lettuce leftover. Josh had really dialed in on how much lettuce we can sell, then DOUBLED it for this year’s crop plan, only to have our plans thwarted by cyclosporea 😅 Thid year… lettuce is the first thing we sell out of every week. We wish we could wave a magic want and have enough lettuce for everyone!

Hi folks, it seems that we have reached peak tomato. Although our farmstand will be about half tomatoes this weekend, we’ll also have your other summer essentials, some beautiful crispy lettuce, and an extra gorgeous array of flowers—all grown by us on our farm in Athens.

We’ll be in our usual spot at 39 2nd St in Athens, NY from 10AM-1PM on Saturday.

After you stop by our stand you should check out the market at Happy Clown Ice Cream and support some other local vendors and small businesses— also 10AM-1PM on Saturday.

🤓 Quiz time: what’s a pirate’s favorite vegetable?! Arrrrrrrtichokes! 😱🏴‍☠️🦜 THAT’S RIGHT WE’LL HAVE MORE THAN ZERO ARTICHOKES at the farmstand Saturday 7/11 🫡 PLUS POTATOES! Did we grow all of this you ask? YES that’s why there’s not that much 🤣 We do have a lot of onions tho 🧅. Please buy onions. Thank you.
