Spring has officially sprung here 🌱

The woods are waking up—tiny wildflowers pushing through the leaves and the sound of sap dripping has come to an end. Our maple syrup season is officially wrapped up, and what a productive one it was! 🍁☀️

The taps are pulled and cleanup is underway. Now it’s time to shift gears—there’s firewood to stack for next year’s season and crops to get in the ground as we move on to our other kind of farming. 🐮 🐓 🐐

We couldn’t do any of this alone. We’re so thankful for everyone who lends a hand, supports us, and encourages us throughout the season. It truly means more than you know.

Here’s to a great syrup season behind us and a new growing season ahead

And just like that….the 2026 season comes to a close. The next few days will be spent cooking down the last of the sap, cleaning the pans and other equipment, and untapping all the trees that have been part of our work since the very beginning of the season.

It’s always a bittersweet time — wrapping up months of effort, long days, and the quiet rhythm of the woods. There’s something special about watching sap turn into such a great product and knowing every drop came from hard work that you all get to enjoy (which we greatly appreciate as well!)

What a sweet season it was. Grateful for the long days, the help of family and friends and the syrup that came from it all. Already looking forward to doing it again next year. 🍁🥞

Cheers to a chaotic but productive syrup week! The sap was flowing, the pans were boiling, and the days were long—but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Nothing beats the reward of fresh maple syrup in your favorite Friday drink after a busy week in the sugar shack.

Huge thank you to everyone who helped this weekend - whether it be helping cook, bottling, or stopping in to see the operation, it makes the day better and sweeter! These days can get VERY long (even if the season can be short)….shout out to the guy behind it all, who cooks for 12+ hours and gets up in the middle of the night to haul sap and keep the operation going. 🍁☀️🥞
