This Wednesday, June 17th! We are delighted to welcome back Giles Thomas, owner of Baobab Wines to the space for a tasting takeover happy hour from 5-7pm. Baobab brings us some of the very best of what’s happening in South African wine, both the exciting and innovative new wave of winemakers, alongside some of the most coveted multigenerational family-owned estates.  Like us here at The Lark, they simply champion producers who make wine the right way.  We’ll be pouring 4 wines from 4 distinct producers, each with a very special story. Memorial Day Plans: Made🌭🌭🌭🌭Once in a blue moon an event so perfect comes along, it is impossible to decline! So while we are usually closed on Memorial Day Monday, we just couldn’t say no to welcoming Jenny Mosbacher and Jim Fischer, the brilliant minds behind a very special project out of Oregon that we adore and have supported from day one. Our shared love of hotdogs paired with a refreshing glass of wine made it a double no-brainer to get our new neighbors to fire up the grill and serve up some dogs (meat & veggie!) to enjoy with this special lineup. This casual Meet the Maker tasting takeover runs from 12pm-3pm, and we’ll keep the shop doors open until 5pm so you can get bottles. Stay in the neighborhood and enjoy your 3-day weekend with the classiest hot dog party in town! No reservations needed, just come hang.
