Easy is drinking pretty damn good tonight. Four Mile Point Pale Ale #2 is kegged, and first impressions are that it's another winner! In the coming weeks, I'll be brewing our first double IPA, and kicking it old school with a simple, easy drinking cream ale.

"Easy"
A breakfast stout brewed with a hefty amount of oats, vanilla, organic cacao nibs, Sumatra Mandheling coffee, and Vermont maple syrup. A touch roasty, a touch of sweetness, rich with maple bringing up the back.

Four Mile Point Pale Ale. The first in what will be a series of beers that will all share the same malt bill, but where I'll play around with different hops, and see what we come up with. This comes in at 6.3% abv. Features citra and experimental hop x331. Dank and fruity. Like your momma.
