Chinese toon is a seasonal vegetable popular in Chinese cuisine. The young leaves have a unique garlic-onion aroma with a rich, nutty flavor.

Chinese toon pairs well with eggs, tofu, noodles, and rice dishes.

Classic Recipe: Chinese Toon Scrambled Eggs (香椿炒蛋)
Ingredients
• 1 cup chopped Chinese toon leaves
