Some details on what we are starting to do. We are smoking bologna this weekend. We are starting to sale 1 lb packages of sliced bologna available in 4 different flavors. Cajun, Garlic Butter, original, and Barbecue.
They will be $6 a pound and we are going to try to keep some in stock in the freezer so you can get when you order and not have to wait but will depends on order volume. If you would like to go ahead and preorder for this weekend please let me know.

Once we are past the 4th of July we are looking at making and selling Bologna to buy by the pound. We will be making different flavors and are super excited to share them with y’all!
