Saturday October 24th, we’re having a hog roast! Jennifer Sartwell will be smoking a whole MoSo Farm - Molly & CJ hog outdoors, and serving it up with an assortment of wonderful locally-sourced side dishes to choose from.

•Start time is 5:00 pm, and it ends when the food is gone (we attempt to make the right amount to last most of the night).

• Adult price is $32 for a load of meat and 3 sides, with an assortment of house-made barbecue sauces to choose from to top it off.

•Price for children 12 and under is $16

Today is finally the big day, and the Oktoberfish menu is LIVE, people! 🙌🇩🇪. Swipe to the final photo to peruse the full menu.

-Live Music starts at 3:00 and goes til 6:30! 🎶🇩🇪

-Steinholding competition at 6:00. Prizes for the winners of Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s categories. 🍻

-Play the “Stump Game” all day long. 🔨

Who’s ready for Steinholding this Saturday!? Our Oktoberfish Steinholding competition starts at 6:00 pm, and there are prizes for the Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s first-place winners. If you haven’t competed before, that’s OK. Everyone is welcome! Check out the rules by searching online for “Official Steinholding Rules”.

All you need to compete is a Little Fish 1 liter stein, available to purchase on Saturday, filled with b**r (or water). Children can use juice boxes, or cups provided by us!

Live music will be courtesy of Die Musikmeisters of Appalachia from 3:00-6:30. The fun goes all day long, with an amazing German-themed food menu by Jennifer Sartwell

And we can’t forget the b**r! 4 German-style ales and la**rs available by the pint or liter.
-Karmanfest, our amber fest l***r.
-Abseil Pils, our German pilsner.
-Ohio Weizen, our traditional hefeweizen.
-Smoke & Biers, our mulberry-smoked rauchbier collaboration with Wooly Pig Farm Brewery

It’s Ohio Pint Day 2026! Once a year, Ohio Craft B**r members across the state participate in this event to raise money for the Ohio Craft Brewers Association, whose mission is to promote and advocate for all breweries in Ohio.

This year’s limited-edition glass art is by Ali Drozdowicz at Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co in Toledo, Ohio. Each glass is $5, and for each glass sold, participating breweries donate $1 to the OCBA.

We have a limited amount (24) of these glasses available in both Athens and at Little Fish Brewing Company - Dayton Station . Grab one today if you want one, because we don’t expect them to last long!

Some photos from Oktoberfish over the years: One of our absolute favorite events of the entire year; when we get to break out our Appalachian take on German fare and German la**rs and ales. We’ll have music. We’ll have games (Stein hoist and Stump Game). We’ll have an impressive menu of food and drink. The party is all day on Saturday, 10/3. Important times to note are: Music by Die Musikmeisters of Appalachia from 3:00-6:30. Stein Hoist competition at 6:00! All are welcome; this is a family-friendly event. See you Saturday! 😃🍻 🇩🇪

Today is 9 to 5 day, and as promised, here are our Dolly Parton-themed cocktails and dessert! All day, for each dessert or specialty drink sold, we’re donating $1 to Dolly’s Imagination Library, which promotes literacy by getting books into the hands of children around the world for free!

Ohio Pawpaw Festival starts today, and that means it’s time to get our Pawpaw Weizen back on draft! We just tapped a fresh keg of this German-style hefeweizen with locally harvested pawpaw fruit. Ripe banana fruit character meets ripe banana and clove character from hefeweizen ale yeast.
We also delivered some kegs out to Pawpaw Fest, so whether you are out at the festival this weekend, or stopping in to Little Fish (or both), make sure to grab a pint!

Celebrate 9/25 (Nine-Two-Five, get it?) with us with some special cocktails and desserts inspired by Dolly Parton. For every dessert or specialty drink we sell, we’ll be donating a dollar to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, whose mission is to inspire children to love reading.
