Can availability update: Boy, ya’ll have been thirsty! The brew crew is hard at work to keep canning at the speed at which you’re buying them, but it ain’t easy. This week, we’ll be canning more Ohio Weizen. For now, we have:
-Guava Reinheitsgewhat!?: Our “quick-sour” wheat ale with coriander, chamomile, grains of paradise, and loads of guava purée. Unlike our barrel-aged sour beers, we ferment this one quickly with a Lachancea yeast that produces both acidity and ethanol. The result is a sessionable tart, wheaty, fruity crusher. 4.2% abv.
-Woodthrush: Our flagship farmhouse ale, amber in color, and lightly spiced with coriander, lemon peel, and grains of paradise. Malty, bready, light sweetness, light pepper and clove notes. 6.7% abv.
-Abseil Pils: German-style Pilsner. Firm but balanced bitterness from Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Czech Saaz hops. 5.5% abv.
Enjoy these for now and keep up with us on Instagram and Facebook for regular updates!
