Game day usually means something warm in the oven and everyone finding their way to the kitchen. 🏈🤎​

Harvest came a little early this year. 🌾

It’s been an incredibly dry season, which means our rice is drying down faster than usual. We typically aim to harvest around 18–20% moisture, but this year, we’re racing to get it into the bin before it drops below 15.5–16%.

Why the rush? The right moisture at harvest helps us protect the quality of the rice we’ve spent all year preparing for. So when it’s ready, we’re ready.
