Clover Cove Ranch Grass-fed from the Nebraska Sandhills. The ranch is currently managed by Jerry and Kathleen Gotschall and family. We are able to ship to all the states.

Our ranch is nestled in the sandhills of north-central Nebraska and has been in the Gotschall family for four generations. We take orders during the grass season for whole, half, and split quarters. One frequently asked question is about our method of selling our beef by hanging weight. The finished product is approximately 50% of hanging weight. We have varying sizes of beef to market, so you sho

uld specify on the order form how much ACTUAL product you will need. To help calculate freezer space, it takes a 12 x 12 x 12 inch space to fit approximately 25 lbs of beef. Our prices are very reasonable, considering the quality of meat that you are purchasing. Our beef is completely grass-fed and finished; there is absolutely no grain in our feed. We are currently scheduling processing with K and H Specialty Meats, Stuart, NE, the same processor who has handled all our business in past years. Rod at K and H will be happy to accommodate the specifications that you have for your personal needs. Call or write for an order form. Typically, we process only during the growing grass season from mid-May through mid-October. Thank you for your interest in our beef!

This 22-month-old heifer delivered her first heifer calf at about 3:00, and a half hour later the calf was up and nursing. This type of newborn vigor is what we look for in a ranch dairy cow. Calf sired by our Leonidas-P bull, semen is available on our website.
