I’ll be back at this coming Sunday 4/19 from 10-1pm! I’ll be bringing back some favorites as well as my two flavors of the month. I can’t think of a better way to spend my Sunday morning than with some treats and amazing coffee and matcha. Hope to see you guys there!

I’ve got lots of requests for this so I’m now offering pickups! Pickups will be offered occasionally and will be an option at checkout if available. Pickups will be on Saturdays at 10am in Little Italy or at designated pop up locations so please be on time! I’m excited to try this out and hope this provides a better option for those that are close by 🤗

Our second flavor of the month is White Rabbit 🐇! Two childhood nostalgic treats combined, this Krispie has a milk and white rabbit candy base topped with white chocolate, blue chocolate drizzle and white rabbit candy. Available online for shipping and pickup all month long!

We have two flavors of the month for April and first up is LEMON BLUEBERRY 🍋🫐! Our first dual Krispie with a split blueberry and lemon base topped with white chocolate, white chocolate drizzle and freeze dried blueberries. Available all monthly for shipping and pickup - stay tuned for our 2nd flavor!

Who knew playing with marshmallows and cereal could turn into such a fun business 🙃 I’m Katarina, the owner of KAISU Bakehouse and I’m here to help bring back nostalgic memories and celebrate moments big or small through my sweet treats 💙 Here are 5 fun facts to get to know me:

1) I’m 30 years old and Taiwanese American
2) I have a twin brother and younger sister - and we all have the same birthday!
2) I played competitive tennis growing up and played college tennis (I consider myself retired now)
3) I work full time in tech in marketing operations but I’ve always loved the hospitality industry. Here is where I feel energized and can let my creativity flow!
4) Moving to San Diego at the end of 2025 has been the BEST decision. I love it here!!
5) I absolutely love the pop up community, meeting fellow small business owners and talking with you guys at my pop up events. Here’s to growing this community even more!

I’m bringing our newest flavor PANDAN COCONUT to this Saturday! Chance’s coffee has some amazing and unique Vietnamese flavor inspired drinks like pho spiced matcha and double pandan latte and I thought this would be a fun addition to pair with them 😋 Pandan base topped with white chocolate and toasted coconut.

Can’t wait to see you guys there! Personally I can’t wait to try their delicious lattes - I’ve got my eye on the double pandan latte!
