Hidden down in the tall grass, was taking a nap and enjoying the beautiful day. It’s amazing how well a calf can disappear when they want to!

Mama wasn’t far away, keeping an eye on things. Days like this are a good reminder to slow down and appreciate the simple things on the farm.

2026 calving season is rolling here at Rose Hill Farm. She handled it just like we like to see — up, cleaning her off, and nursing quick.
