I’ve simmered them with cinnamon sticks to make a warm fall tea. One member of my family added Fireball, which turned it into a very different kind of fall tea. 😂

We created this recipe & it is easy enough for a quick impressive delicious meal. 🍂

Roasted butternut squash + fig jam + marinated sheep & goat cheese. One squash, two jars, about an hour.

Bonus: butternut squash is in peak season, loaded with beta-carotene (vitamin A), and has more potassium per cup than a banana.
