That's 25 pounds of uncooked collards, now cooked and portioned that just went in the fridge for all you bums.

I ran out last year.

This is 10 pounds more.

3/4 Sour Pickles and 3 types of Sauerkraut done too!

Tomorrow is finishing Brunswick Stew and Settlers' Stew, making Pimento Cheese and the Butts go on the Infernal Ohana Machine for an overnighter.

(I'm so tired.)
