This week Brendan gave a virtual training to the staff of Solid Grounds Coffee in Tennessee. This class covered everything from espresso drinks to creating a hospitable atmosphere in the cafe. It was a fantastic time for everyone. Thanks for having us, .0 !

Brendan attended the Specialty Coffee Association Expo in Houston Texas last month. This is the largest coffee event in the world with people from over 70 countries in attendance! Expo is a great place to see the latest equipment, meet coffee producers, and to make great industry connections -- all so we can provide the very best for our clients. Expo also has the best education opportunities with amazing lectures and workshops all weekend. Next year is San Diego. We hope to see you there!

Absolutely loving this Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelbessa coffee on espresso today. Tasted amazing straight and it was sweet and perfectly balanced with milk. Big thanks to AJ at for this lovely gift. Brendan met AJ at the recent in Atlanta. Don't sleep on this one!
