This was my first time making a hummingbird cake and I am happy to add this to my menu! It was delicious, moist, with the perfect combination of bananas, pineapples, and pecans, with a hint of cinnamon. Let’s not forget the cream cheese frosting 😋. Hummingbird cake originated in 🇯🇲 and is popular in the southern states in the 🇺🇸
