Instagram vs reality 😝

Something I haven’t shared is the amount of hours spent and ingredients used to make each cheesecake not only taste delicious, but also look the part.

The top picture is my first attempt at the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. It was beyond delicious, but she’s definitely ugly.

The bottom picture is my second attempt. I had to adjust baking time, ingredient ratios and find a way to make the final result presentable. Aaannnddd voila!

One thing I know is, there is ALWAYS room for improvement. The bottom picture is definitely an improvement, but I know there’s still more improvements to be made.

In the end, seeing my friends and family enjoy my cheesecake makes all the hard work and late nights of baking beyond worth it.

Not to mention, it’s pretty great being able to taste these cakes myself.

NOW INTRODUCING...For Goodness’ Sake Cheesecakes!!!

1. Aunt Dee’s Original - This cheesecake is a family recipe, courtesy of my Aunt Dee.! We never go a holiday without it. It features a crisp graham cracker crust with a creamy and dense cheesecake filling. The topping is a sour cream base with a hint of vanilla.

2. White Chocolate Raspberry - This cheesecake starts with a buttery Biscoff cookie crust and Aunt Dee’s cheesecake filling with sweet white chocolate and tangy raspberry swirls.

3. Cookies n’ Cream - This cheesecake contains bits of chocolate sandwich cookies from the crust all the way to the top of the Bavarian cream. If you’re a big cookies n’ cream fan, you’ll love this one!

4. Banana Dream - This cheesecake starts with a vanilla wafer crust that perfectly compliments the fresh banana cheesecake filling. It is then topped with banana Bavarian cream and scratch-made whipped topping.

5. Yin & Yang - Last, but not least, we have our Yin and Yang cheesecake that will blow you away! It has a thin graham cracker crust and Aunt Dee’s original cheesecake topped with a THICC layer of deep chocolate cheesecake. As if it didn’t sound delicious enough, we douse the cake in scratch made chocolate ganache and garnish the perimeter in mini chocolate chips.

Each one of these cakes is made to order with love! Prices range from $45-$70, depending on the cake. Available for pickup and local delivery.

I ask that you please place an order at least 7 days in advance.

Hi, my name is Rachel and in case you can’t tell, I love cheesecake.

Whenever I am asked the question, “if you won the lottery, what would you do with the money?” My answer is always “I would open a bakery so I can share my favorite sweet treats with others.”

I recently started to question, “why wait until I win the lottery? Why not start now?”Sooo... that’s where For Goodness Sake Cheesecake comes in! 🍰

My goal is to provide the most delicious and creative homemade cheesecakes to the Metro Atlanta area. These cheesecakes are made to order with love and the freshest ingredients! 🍒

Until I figure out how to efficiently ship these cakes, they are only available for pick up, or delivery within the metro Atlanta area.
