Decided to turn my homemade kimchi (from 's recipe) into kimchi powder using my oven as a dehydrator. Worked pretty well actually! 170F for about 12 hours on parchment lined pans.

Lamb & Kimchi Stuffed Cabbage Rolls by . I should have parboiled the rice and skipped the Dutch oven and cooked the rolls in a flat layer in a casserole dish with more liquid at a higher temperature for twice as long since the lamb was still raw after following the instructions.
