Happy New Year to all of our Sol Catering customers and friends who we were able to cater to with deliciousness over this past year. We raise a toast to all of you! And - A special shout out to our Sol Catering and Taqueria del Sol staff members and families who helped to make 2025 run smoothly with all of their hard work, especially during the recent two holiday season menu months. ATTENTION FOODIES: GOOD Christmas Eve morning! Okay - we are on the LAST of our three-day pickup days for the holiday(s) menu orders we have ready. Please be here by your order times and be patient with our staff, as we work diligently to get the orders in your hands efficiently when you come in.
Please be mindful of the 9AM-12PM pick up window designated on your order(s). Our extremely hard working crew has been preparing non-stop for over a week to make sure these past three days goes smoothly and the 9-12 window today is important! The 'all hands on deck' mantra truly has been at work this holiday season and our Sol Catering family needs to get home to their loved ones and friends to start their small break! Happy Saturday, folks! Sol is busy! We are now well into the start of this awesome Fall and Holiday season! Don't forget to call or email if you need us -- we are booking up!

And in 2025, we haven't forgotten our Firefighters! We are five and a half years into dropping joy in the form of food for our favorite first responders! Three stations in two weeks so far and will continue through the holidays this year! Yesterday, we brought plenty of food for two different tacos, Mexican rice and black beans, chips and salsas and multiple accompaniments to all the food - one drop off to Dekalb County Station Number 7 and one to Dekalb County Number 20! A week ago, we dropped by Dekalb County Station Number 1 at Emory with loads of food for all! As always, we are so so thankful for all of what our firefighters do to help all of us, every single day. Let's goooo!

We have chips & guac, or black bean & cheese dip, or our TDS cheese dip to order OR you can go full throttle on the entrees! Don't forget to check out the Enchilada casseroles - GREAT, easy - already cooked and ready to be heated up and then scoop & serve! Juuust managed to get in our LAST Firestation drop off of 2024, this time to Dekalb County Number 7 - the WAR WAGON! Chef David was there to do the drop off this evening! We are always so thankful for our favorite first responders and can't wait to keep on bringing Sol deliciousness to them in 2025! Happy Pre New Year, all!
