Booking Policy, Retainer Terms & Payment Deadlines
NO RETAINER, NO BOOKING, NO SERVICE!
Please understand that requesting a quote, discussing event details, or selecting a date does NOT guarantee your booking.
Retainer Terms:
- A NONREFUNDABLE retainer is required at the time of booking to officially secure your event date.
- All retainers are NONREFUNDABLE once paid, including in the event of customer cancellation.
- Your retainer will be applied toward your total catering balance.
- No event dates will be held or reserved without a paid retainer.
Payment Deadline Terms:
- The remaining catering balance must be PAID IN FULL no later than 30 days before your scheduled event date.
- Failure to pay your remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your catering services.
- If your booking is canceled due to failure to meet the payment deadline, your nonrefundable retainer will be forfeited.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all payments are submitted on time.
