Competition Burger: The Hood Burger
Double patty is first topped with finely diced onions, then smashed and seared crisp, flipped, and topped with fine American cheese. Once melted, the juicy patties are stacked and stuffed between a buttery, toasted potato bun with our house-made hood sauce and bread-and-butter pickles.

JenChan's TAKES 2nd PLACE in 2025's competition! This year's 2nd place burger was the ‘Rou Jia Mo,’ a Chinese burger literally translated to “meat sandwich” is the oldest hamburger on the planet dating back to the early Qin Dynasty. Buns are made in house daily and the grass-fed beef from Hunter Cattle is richly marinated in Shaoxing Wine, Chinese Spices, Soy Sauce, and Szechuan Peppercorns. Topped with Fresh Cilantro and Pickled Red Onion.
