The Route Assistant is an important part of ensuring the proper and efficient merchandising, servicing and developing of assigned accounts in order to achieve or exceed the sales team objectives; and, performs all safety and administrative duties to support the Driver. This position functions under the leadership of the Delivery Team Leader, and takes daily directives from the Driver. The Route assistant will assists the driver in accurately counting truck inventory – AM/PM. Assists the driver in constructively organizing all tickets and invoices. Cleans and organizes vehicle for daily check-in procedure. Assists the driver in maintaining hand trucks and straps on truck. Assists the driver/salesman in securing company vehicle and all equipment on truck, i.e. sales tools.

Education/Experience
 High school diploma

The Driver/Salesman is an important part of maximizing sales and distribution of all malt beverage, spirit and non alcohol products and packages within each account in order to achieve or exceed the sales team objectives. This position is directly responsible to ensure the reliable and efficient sales, delivery and effective merchandising, servicing and developing of assigned accounts. This position functions under the leadership of the Delivery Team Leader.All malt beverage, spirit and non alcohol products are handled effectively and efficiently. Correctly pulls the truck inventory at each account. Actively works to minimize product damage. Understands how to read the invoice to unload product at each account. Rolls the hand truck and stacks the product utilizing safe loading and unloading techniques. Back stock inventory is rotated and moved according to Code Date Book. Backroom/cooler area is neat and orderly in customer accounts.

Education/Experience
 High school diploma required; some college preferred.
 License/Certification:
 Standard Class A drivers license, REQUIRED
 A clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years.
