Ok....as I am sitting at my desk in my office, I am thinking of what flavor of cupcake or cupcakes to make this weekend and I am drawing a blank. There are so many great flavors to bake that it is hard to pick just one. Soooooo....my question to all you cupcake lovers is, what is your favorite flavor?

Today in the kitchen I will be experimenting with some left over blueberries I have. I will be baking some Blueberry-Lemon Streusel cupcakes with Lemon Icing topped with fresh blueberries...YUM! I will try to post a picture later on once I have them all cooled, frosted and looking "pretty". :)
And as always these cupcakes will be completely VEGAN....YEA!

Hello everyone. For all those wondering what is going on with That's Vegan Cafe..., well I had to step back from the cafe and redirect my focus back on real estate as my clients began to grow and it was becoming difficult to do both. But please know that all is well and very soon the cafe will be back with all of your favorite vegan dishes and desserts. Also be on the look out for vegan treats for your four legged friends!!!
