Lemon and GingerControl Drink
1 cup of warm water
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp of powdered ginger
a dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a cup and stir well.
Drink this first thing in the morning or between meals to curb appetite.
