🥩 Grilled & Butter-Basted Boneless Ribeye 🥩
https://braford-share-cart.lovable.app/
If you’re looking for the perfect way to cook a Reynolds Ranch Beef ribeye, this is it. A hot grill, a quick butter baste, and the right internal temperature are all you need to let the natural flavor shine.
Ingredients:
• 2 Reynolds Ranch Beef boneless ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
• Olive oil
• Cattleman’s Cowboy Rub, to taste
For the Butter Baste:
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 cloves garlic, smashed
• 2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary
Directions:
1️⃣ Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30–45 minutes before cooking. Pat dry, lightly coat with olive oil, and season generously with Cattleman’s Cowboy Rub.
2️⃣ Preheat your grill to 500–550°F. Place a cast iron skillet on the grill while it preheats.
3️⃣ Grill steaks over high heat for 2 minutes per side, then continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 105–110°F.
4️⃣ Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the hot cast iron skillet. Once the butter begins to foam, add the steaks and continuously spoon the butter over them for 45–60 seconds per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 122–124°F.
5️⃣ Transfer steaks to a cutting board and let them rest for 5–8 minutes. The temperature will rise to approximately 128–132°F, giving you a perfect medium-rare steak.
✨ Reynolds Ranch Tip: Great beef doesn’t need complicated seasoning. A hot grill, a quick butter baste, and careful attention to temperature let the natural flavor of our grass-fed, grain-finished beef do the talking.
