Always fresh ingredients and we build every dish from scratch. Today, these beautiful mushrooms are heading straight into the sauce for our Chicken Tetrazinni (ready at 2:30 pm). Chicken breasts, sliced mushrooms, and onions in a white sauce with fresh parsley & thyme - tossed with spaghetti pasta and topped with Italian herbed breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan

Also on today's menu...

Chinese Style Meatballs (ready at 3:00 pm)
Meatballs made with ground beef, freshly grated ginger, scallions, garlic, gochujang, tamari, breadcrumbs, and eggs – over basmati rice and edamame – topped with a sauce made with tamari, honey, ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds

Turkey Meatloaf (ready at 4:30 pm)
Lean ground turkey, onions, red and green bell peppers, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, herbs, and spices; topped with mashed cauliflower

We've made a Spinach & Parmesan quiche today - a perfect little gift for new parents. Breakfast, lunch, dinner... whenever they actually get a chance to eat 😁

Speaking of fresh ingredients! Today's soup is an old fashioned Vegetable Soup with tomatoes, green beans, corn, peas, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, parsley, and thyme.

We'll have our Curry Chicken Salad a little later today. It's a favorite in our grab 'n go cooler!

We think you need snacks for today's Braves game, so we'll have our Texas Caviar, Mexican Street Corn dip, and Spinach Artichoke dip ready early afternoon.
