Too excited to share these towers!! I had the opportunity to make these 2 towers for a family graduation this weekend and I couldn’t say no for family πŸ˜„πŸ₯° LSU & Ole Miss towers (although once I saw them as Waluigi & Mario towers I can’t unsee πŸ€£πŸ˜‚). Chocolate & vanilla on one; strawberry & coconut snowball on the other. Coconut stole the show 😍 rightly so!!! Gonna share the insides soon.

Macaron shell color guide 🀍 I only use master elite anymore because of the stability & ability to exactly replicate colors. Here’s the guide for these colors-

Per batch of 60 shells:
πŸ’™ Blue- 1/16 tsp cerulean blue
❀️ Red- 1/16 tsp red rose + 1/64 tsp burgundy
πŸ’œ Purple- 1/16 tsp violet + 1/32 tsp red rose + 1/64 tsp lilac

Carrot cake is getting filled with actual carrot cake inside of cream cheese buttercream 🀀, robin’s egg is malt chocolate, and coconut snowball is coconut buttercream with chocolate ganache & coconut flakes. Feeling really in my zone lately. Which is 🀯😳 a new feeling!! It also feels great to be able to enjoy the good parts of social media again without the feeling of being pulled down. Which is also 🀯 a new feeling. The kindest people & connections certainly help. πŸ’•

On the other hand I have had a few bad business experiences in the last 6 months (that I've decided not to share publicly) but I'm realizing I prefer to keep to myself & keep things simple. I'm happiest when everything is in my control and I'd like to keep it that way. 😁

That being saaiiiid I'm no longer doing macaron pickups or events - and I am now fully e-commerce (within the state of GA)!! So my online macaron store has tower displays so you can buy the display stand and the macarons and set it up yourself. But I won't be doing anything custom or events/deliveries.

I'm a little sad about not doing events anymore - I love being involved in the special moments πŸ₯Ή. But also I'm excited about my new direction πŸ˜„πŸ˜„. I will be doing set box releases so you have to keep an eye out and I'll be announcing them too! And of course you can always create your own assortment from the current flavor list.

I will have a lot of fun with this 🀍 and it's going to give me better balance in my life. Which is the whole point!!

Just happy to be feeling like I'm in the right place for once. 🀍

Something new for me - tiramisu macarons!! I've been wanting to make some for MONTHS and finally they exist 😁 - a real challenge to make dairy free and it took a couple tries! They're filled with a "mascarpone" buttercream, an espresso buttercream, and then topped with sifted cocoa! A complete package 🀍 They're not safe around my husband 🀣
