Patchwork City Farms Local Farm Patchwork City Farms (PCF) is a family owned urban farm located in the South West of Atlanta in the Historic West End Neighborhood.

Patchwork City Farm's (PCF) mission is to work with local landholders, public and private, to create a sustainable, naturally grown local food system. Our farm plots are Certified Naturally Grown and we are committed to growing produce that is safe and nutritious. We do not use unsafe chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We love nature and enjoy growing fresh vegetables for our community. That is why we are dedicated to practicing sustainable agriculture. Currently, we grow vegetables, herbs and flowers. Our seasonal veggies are sold through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and local farmers markets. With your support, we can continue to grow. We welcome you to join our family

For those who've been asking about opportunities to tour the farm, this is your time…😁⁠

Celebrate the Fall Equinox with us at the farm! Our time together will start with movement! A tour of the farm, shifting into sharing food and filling our bellies with a farm fresh meal and potluck. An Herbal Tea Blending Activity to express our creativity and bonfire with music will round out the evening.⁠

MEAL and POTLUCK : We will provide the mains and salad. Bring dessert or your favorite Autumn Dish to Share!!!⁠

FARM SHOP: We will have our farm made products, teas, herbs and more all from Patchwork City Farms for Sale. Along with other locally sourced products.⁠

Fun fact: Project Dandelion, the woman-led campaign for climate justice through which me and Pat connected, is why we walked the yellow carpet. Standing on stage to honor her was a moment I won't soon forget.⁠

Chef Beee is excited about bringing in the Fall Equinox with us. She is an author, plant-based chef educator, and owner of Nyansapo Wellness Institute, Inc. (NWI). NWI is a health and wellness company dedicated to nurturing professionals from the inside out through plant-based food services and wellness experiences. They offer weekly plant-based meal prep, holistic health coaching, culinary education, gut health support, and reset cleanses. With a focus on community impact, NWI is committed to increasing access to healthy plant-based food and providing education in food deserts across Metro Atlanta.⁠

As a former higher education professional, Chef Beee recognizes the challenges folks face when prioritizing their health and well-being.
