Day 12: Oreo Cheesecake

I have to thank my friend for pushing out of my comfort zone with this one, but we ended the week with an Oreo Cheesecake.

Day 11: Without Further Ado…The Coconut Tart

Well Ladies and Gents, I give you the Coconut Tart! Not only does this recipe have no measurements or perfect instruction, but there are about 4 different “recipe cards” that have 4 different renditions left by Nana. That’s okay, I take these as a personal challenge…My Everest.

Although they may not look like hers yet, they are getting closer and closer every year. That’s what makes this experience even more fun, each cookie or recipe I try brings me closer and closer to her.

Day 9: Cookie Decorating Kits

Today is a bit different, but was asked to create a Cookie Decorating Kit for the holidays and knew exactly which recipe to use! Decided to use the Sugar Cookie recipe from earlier this week.

Such a great idea for gifts anytime of the year. Can’t wait to see what they look like 🎄❤️

Day 8: Candy Canes

What would Christmas be without some Candy Canes!? These cookies put me in my feelings every year, very simple recipe but extremely tedious.

Don’t worry, this cookie has the perfect hint of peppermint with the background of almond flavoring. No toothpaste flashbacks here😁

Day 7: Peanut Blossom Cookies

If you are a lover of all things peanut butter and chocolate, then you will love these delightfully nutty cookies. The best part about these is you get that chewy texture from the cookie with a nice crackly crunch of the baked on sugar! The best bite is when they have just come from the oven and that kiss is still a bit gooey😋
