After leaving the professional kitchen a few years ago, Frances realized there was nowhere to purchase professional grade pastry products. She decided she wanted to do something about that for the Pastry community here in Atlanta GA. The Pastry

Depot is open to both professionals and Pastry enthusiasts who want to learn more about pastry or just want to explore what products the professionals use. We carry premium couverture chocolates, pre made tart shells, fruit purees, frozen (IQF) fruit, fondant, food coloring, luster dusts, tools, laminated dough, chocolate decor, and much much more.
