Beyond aesthetics, the project is a masterclass in wellness-driven design. From circadian-conscious daylighting and thermally optimized glazing systems to widened stairways that encourage movement and collaboration, every detail reinforces the idea that buildings should actively support the physical and mental well-being of the people inside them.
