We’ve been getting a lot of questions about the paint colors we’ve used this year at 3260 Beech Drive and 3576 Orchard Circle, so we thought we’d share a few of our favorites.
For the walls, we used Shoji White by Sherwin-Williams (SW 7042). It’s a soft, warm off-white with subtle greige undertones, which gives the rooms brightness without feeling stark or cold. It works beautifully in homes where you want a fresh, updated feel while still keeping some warmth and character.
For the trim, we used Universal Khaki by Sherwin-Williams (SW 6150). It’s an earthy, timeless neutral that adds just enough contrast without shouting for attention. Paired with Shoji White, it creates a softer, more layered look than a traditional bright white trim.
At 3576 Orchard Circle, we also brought in a little more personality with jade green kitchen cabinets, brass hardware, warm wood floors, and designer lighting. The goal was to create a home that feels fresh and current while still fitting the character of the neighborhood.
Color can completely change the way a home feels. Sometimes the right palette is what helps a house feel calm, welcoming, and pulled together before anyone even notices the details.
Both homes reflect the HausZwei Homes approach: thoughtful updates, warm design, and a strong respect for the neighborhood.
