Digging into craft beer and brewing is critical for understanding the industry's shift toward quality, flavor innovation, local, experiential, and sustainable production. It helps brewers manage rising ingredient costs (up ~20% from 2018–2023) and navigate a competitive market, where success requires balancing creative, high-ABV, and experimental products.

The brewers who take time to dig deeper into sourcing, logistics, and distribution are the ones who can continue creating world-class beer while navigating rising ingredient costs and an increasingly competitive market. 💯

Our focus remains the same: support local ingredients, strengthen community-driven economies, and craft unique world-class beers that represent culture.

Spring 2026 issue, "From Grain to Class," 😉 from frames our brewing excellence as something built “ingredient by ingredient,” exploring both classic fundamentals and cutting-edge innovations in beer production.

🌾 "Fonio Calls" by is a dedicated piece on the modern potential of this tiny ancient grain. We’re honored to be included in the recent article about our thoughtful exploration of fonio’s growing presence in the southeast craft beer scene and the industry-led breweries helping shape its future.

To be mentioned alongside pioneering and globally respected organizations such as
is both humbling and affirming.

These companies represent innovation, heritage, scale, and cultural impact within the global beer and food ecosystem. Their work from elevating African grains to redefining craft excellence continues to expand what beer can be and who it can represent. For us, this feature reinforces our commitment to honoring ingredients with deep cultural roots while pushing the industry forward through collaboration, education, and intentional storytelling.

Grateful to be part of the conversation. The work continues y'all.

🎥 Super appreciative to be featured in Worth Its Wheat in Gold, PBS GPB News documentary episode from the series "A Fork in the Road" that explores the journey of Georgia-grown wheat from field to table, and the vibrant craft beer community it supports.

At the heart of this story is our inspiring residency program with Creature Comforts designed to empower one another with hands-on learning experiences.

We worked side-by-side exchanging knowledge to release three collaboration beers all grounded in mutual investment and community growth.

Thanks Georgia Public Broadcasting for reflecting on Our Culture's journey where mentorship, inclusivity, and support for emerging brewers help build a more equitable and connected craft beer landscape in Georgia and beyond.
