Spice House is a unique BBQ restaurant in that it is a montage of the best regions of the US has to offer; combining St. Louis , Memphis, South Carolina, Texas , and the uniquely Northern Chi-Town flavors into what I know is THE BEST BBQ you will EVER taste ! Additionally , a secret spice rub ( thus the name Spice House ) , sauce blend and the signature sides have been developed , making it not your run-of-the-mill , everyday BBQ joint .
