Congratulations to Lucas Bule, Senior Credit Specialist at AJC International in Argentina, on being named one of our Global Greatness honorees this quarter!

With just over two years at AJC, Lucas recently took on a quarter filled with new challenges and opportunities. While supporting the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, and Dominican Republic, he worked with new customers and new commercial and operations teams, building relationships and adapting to new processes along the way.

One experience that stands out during his time at AJC was a trip to the Dominican Republic, where Lucas had the opportunity to meet customers and business owners he had previously only known through calls and emails. Seeing their operations firsthand brought a new perspective to the relationships he had already built and made the work feel even more meaningful.

Pork is a global business, and strong connections across the supply chain matter.

AJC International was proud to sponsor and participate in the Canada Pork 2026 Annual Conference in Toronto, where industry professionals came together to exchange market insights, discuss opportunities, and connect around the future of Canadian pork in global markets.

For our team, those conversations, and the relationships behind them, were one of the most valuable parts of the day.

Over three days, our team had the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and have valuable conversations about the opportunities shaping the food industry across the Americas and beyond.

The event has been connecting U.S. exporters with importers across the region for eight consecutive years — and this edition was no different.
