The wine parings (shown) curated by were spot on! And huge thank you to Merlin and Bill for bringing additional wines to try (it’s always a pleasure) and Leslie for opening her cellar of gorgeous Oregon pinots to pair.

Food and Friends! It doesn’t get much better than that!

Last night’s Summer Soiree Dinner by chef Trevor Shankman was outstanding!

From the gorgeous home and table scape, to the thoughtfully presented courses, to the wine pairings artfully prepared by our Vice Echanson, Kendrick Dopp—all these things made for a perfect evening! A quick pre-dinner summer rainstorm cooled things off a bit and gave us a chance to drink a bit more bubbly.

Thank you to the ladies of our board for all you do!

Looking forward to our next foodie adventure!!

Palm trees, fire dancers, afternoon sails, hula, luaus, friends, food, and buckets of champagne. That’s how we roll at the Chaine!

Our Bailli, , represented our Bailliage in Honolulu for the US Grand Chapitre in May.

She accepted the Bailli Delegue’s Fortitude award for meeting our chapter growth goals.

We had two others from our Bailliage attend the festivities.

The best thing about the Chaine is the friends you meet along the way—people who love food and wine as much as you do.

Atlanta has had a Chaine des Rotisseurs tradition since January 1960, when our first new member induction took place. And here we are in 2025 still dining and drinking with friends—old and new.

Our 2025 New Member induction was held at .atl —and Wow did they knock it out of the park! Just wow!

We inducted seven new Chaine members, three new Mondiale members and elevated our esteemed Vice Echanson (Wine Girl) to be a regional officer for the South Central region (woot!).

Avize delighted our members with course after course of their signature Alpine Cuisine. They were not only beautifully presented, they were a delight to taste!

Y’all - we had the best time at Barnsley Resort—clay shooting, hanging out in the outdoors, and ending with a fabulous lunch with wine from our chaine cellar.

We are excited about our Sold Out Chaine Adventure next week to Adairsville, GA to do some Clay Shooting with a multi-course Lunch afterwards paired with our wines from our Chaine Cellar.

We agree!! Although we love a good authentic meal, a 7,8,9,10 course tasting menu, and all the Caviar and Champagne we can get---but sometimes you just want a burger from a dive bar, some KFC, or room service in your hotel room when you just can't people anymore. We love the fact that Anthony Bourdain was simply a lover of food. Period.

Holiday dinners are so fun—everyone is in their sparkly finest, and the air is full of celebration.

Our ATL Chaine dinner at White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails was one of the best of the year! From the warm hospitality of our dedicated servers handing us a glass of bubbly the moment we walked in, to the Chef who popped in from time to time to share his inspiration for each course, to the prepared goose being displayed for all before carving, to the exquisite dishes and wine pairings from the restaurant and from our cellar—all the things made for a lovely evening.

We were especially delighted in our 2014 Chambolle Musigny which has been resting in our cellar for many years….that’s the beauty of the Chaine—wine…food….camaraderie….

Thank you to for all your hard work as the architect of this event!

Our ATL Bailliage Holiday Wine Tasting led by Keith Lofton of The Wine Store in Alpharetta gave our Members new ideas for wine pairings for our holiday soirees.

The tasting was at the lovely home of one of our members who also brought out some spectacular aged Oregon and Cali pinots to try.

We love eating and drinking together! It’s what we do at the Chaine! Vive la Chaine!
