The process is underway. Chopping Vegetables (the Holy Trinity) onions, celery and assorted peppers for the dressing, making my chicken stock and cooked the Buttermilk cornbread. Also, getting ready to pick and clean the collard greens and the Peach Cobblers are prepped and ready to bake.
