1875 by Chef Courtney Our family farm began in 1875. It’s the year the house that my great grandfather, Sam Everett was born and raised in.

1875 by Chef Courtney recipes originated on the Everett Family Farm in Robersonville, North Carolina from my great grandparents, Sam & Dorothy Everett and their 11 children. 1875 preserved goods are my homage to generations of our Southern traditions. He and my great grandmother, Dorothy, raised their 11 children in that same farmhouse. My Aunt Lillian who is 86 years young still lives there and

runs the farm with her two sons. After many conversations with my grandmother, Josephine about the farm, its traditions and our recipes, I knew I was heading in the right direction with my homage to their history. Even with the pressure of getting centuries old recipes perfect, 1875 by Chef Courtney has been and continues to be an amazing experience. I look forward to sharing it with you!
