Sweet potato
Chicken breast tenderloin (skinless, boneless)
Cajun seasoning
Chipotle chili powder
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Red bell pepper
Red onion
Olive oil
Mozzetta cheese
*parsley to garnish

🔥Jerk Chicken Dip
• 1 package boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 3 tbsp Walker’s Wood Jerk Seasoning
• 1 (8 oz) container Tillamook Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 package Tillamook Triple Cheddar Blend, shredded
• 1 whole white onion, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
• 1 orange bell pepper, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• (Optional: extra jerk seasoning to taste)

🔥 Homemade Roti Chips
Cut roti tortillas into triangles.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and lightly salt.

Perfect for scooping every last bite.
