This Diwali, I’m launching a new line of fusion desserts called “Mithai Bites”. These desserts delicately blend the bold flavors of Indian mithai with the more subtle texture of cakes and pasties for that perfect mouth watering bite. I’m curating a small collection of Mithai Bites just for this event, so you don’t want to miss them!
