What a high-touch evening Mondiale members enjoyed at Tideline, one of Margate’s hottest new restaurants, with renowned sommelier and wine author Jimmy Quaile. The culinary lineup and the wine selections were equally spectacular and thoughtfully paired. It was a night of great wine, great food, and an engaging, interactive dialogue about how wine is actually enjoyed: what to drink when you love what you love, how to pair beyond the “rules,” and the behind-the-scenes stories from a life on the wine floor.
