🧡It has been a long time coming…but thanks to a ton of work and patience behind the scenes…. we have finally hit a major milestone in the process….we have our BUILDING PERMIT in hand.

🧡The plans have been finalized, and we are ready to break ground in the next couple of weeks.

🧡The shipping containers are scheduled for delivery and we are on our way!

🧡Yesterday, we received an email from one of our committed tenants wondering if the project was abandoned, because he saw the fence came down. Well, quite the opposite….we are ready to roll! Let’s go!

🧡Yes….Atlantic City is getting its first Container Park!!!🎉🎉🎉

🧡 UPDATE 🧡

We are waiting for CRDA to sign off on the perfection of the approvals which should happen in the next week or so. We are also waiting for the architect to make some minor revisions about water intrusion.

Once those are done we will be submitting plans to the building department and then we will be off to the races. Just wanted everyone to know we are a little delayed but excited to get this project started.

Everyone at Tenn Ave AC has a special place in their hearts for local farms, growers and businesses. It has been over a year since we started the Tenn Ave AC CSA because we could not wait for the container park to open to start building these important community connections.

Just think… this time next year will be our first Spring CSA run completely out of the Tenn Ave AC Container Park! But for now, pick up will be across the street at the Tennessee Ave Beer Hall.

Stay tuned for more announcements about this season’s exciting CSA as we look to grow with your health and wellness in mind!

Yesterday we closed on the property, thanks to a loan from Fulton Bank!

🚨 Announcing the Atlantic City Small Business Grant Program 🚨

💸 City of Atlantic City - Government is proud to announce the launch of our Small Business Grant Program, funded by $133,000 from our Community Development Block Grant CARES (CDBG-CV3) Program. This initiative aims to provide critical working capital to small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

CDBG Small Business Assistance funds may be used to assist Atlantic City retail, restaurants, entertainment, and nonprofessional service businesses with no more than 10 employees (full-time equivalent positions) that were in business as of December 31, 2019.
