• Reposado Sunrise — 2 oz 1800® Reposado, 0.5 oz Agave Syrup, 1 oz Pineapple Juice, 0.75 oz Lime Juice, 2 dashes Spicy Bitters, Tajin Salt, 1 whole Pineapple wedge
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into ice-filled rocks glass rimmed with Tajin salt. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
• Silver Leaf Paloma — 1.5 oz 1800 Cristalino, 0.25 oz Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, 2 oz Sparkling W**e, 1 piece of Thyme, 1 Grapefruit peel
DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients except w**e into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. Top with sparkling w**e. Garnish with thyme and grapefruit peel.
• Rosemary Margarita — 1.5 oz 1800® Cristalino, 1 oz Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur, 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Rosemary Spring & Lime Wedge.
