Here at Henningsens we specialize in a 21 day dry age on cattle. This year we tried something new. We purchased a beef from the local Cass County Fair, we processed half of it on day 21 of its dry age and the other half….. well it’s dry aged for 42 DAYS. YES, you heard that right 42 day dry age beef. That being said if you are interested in trying a 42 day dry age locally raised beef stop in and ask about it!!!!! Everything is froze and ready for you to take home and enjoy! All of us at Henningsens want to say thanks to all the local cattle farmers working with these crazy markets and keeping our community satisfied with amazing locally raised beef.

Can you believe it has already been three weeks since the Cass County Fair? Neither can we, stop in and enjoy some locally raised 21 day dry aged beef starting this week!!!! We look forward to seeing you!!!

Thank you to Griswold CSD for allowing your FCS class to come experience the process of “farm to table.” They were engaged in every aspect of the process with questions from all over!!! We enjoy seeing the excitement in the youth and we hope to help with another class again.
