We’ve been very busy the last several months . Maple season isn’t just making syrup it’s everything leading up too making syrup. We have our new lease up and running. Today I finally hooked up the vacuum system . This last run was just gravity, we got 2800 gallons of sap on just over 800 taps . It took several hours of checking the woods for leaks but now we are running at 26.7” off vacuum. A big shout out to Brandon Mead and his sidekick Matt for getting the mainlines installed just in Time. This season we are around 1500 taps, more to come on this lease. Lets hope for some colder weather so we can make plenty more !
