A little local love, and working together to bless each other 🎃

Supporting one of our absolute favorites since day one, Half-Assed Homestead to get more pumpkins out to our community, and I just love when we can help each other out like this!!!

Come grab your pay what you can pumpkins at the stand, we’ll be bringing more all week 🫶🏽 and the pantry is stocked for anyone in need!

We have a busy weekend ahead, so here’s the schedule for the next few days:

TODAY • THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8
The Humble Hen farm stand will be open with Pay What You Can eggs and a few other goodies.
(No baked goods today)

Tomorrow (while they last) We’ll have special pay what you can blue & gold Spartan crispy treats to celebrate Imlay City Homecoming💙💛

HEN HOUSE VINTAGE SALE will be open
Thursday • 11–7
Friday • 11–4
Saturday • 11–7

We’re adding new things to the Hen House throughout the day, so you never really know what you might find in there!!

And to everyone participating in or celebrating Imlay City Spartan Homecoming this weekend, I hope you all have a safe and blessed weekend! 💙💛

Happy Saturday, loves!!

• THE HEN HOUSE WILL BE OPEN 11–7 TODAY •

I have SO many new treasures to put out today, but I’ve been moving a little slowly this morning and honestly… enjoying every bit of it. Coffee, worship, doggy snuggles and a quiet morning at home before I head down to The Hen House. 🥹

“Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you.” Psalm 143:8
Amen?!

What a gift it is to slow down and remember just how good God is. The little things, the quiet moments, the people He brings our way… it’s all a blessing!!

We’ll have fresh brownies in the Pay What You Can stand, and I’ll be adding new treasures to The Hen House all throughout the day!

If you’re out and about today, stop by, take a little time to wander around, and see what you might find.
You may even meet a chicken or two, they’ve become very curious what’s going on down by the garden!!

Thank you for continuing to show love to this little adventure God put on my heart. Every visit, share, purchase, kind word and prayer means more than you know, and I am so so grateful!

Found this beauty literally buried in a barn today covered in so much dust and occupied by a family of spiders.

But as soon as I saw it I felt something. Look at how beautifully peaceful this is. The perfect fall day, blanket on the line, pumpkins on the porch…. I just know the inside of that house smells like fresh apple pie.

Im feeling so grateful for the opportunity I’ve had lately to find old forgotten pieces, clean them up and watch them come to life again.

I intended for this to go in The Hen House but I don’t know if I’m going to be able to let this one go… what do you all think?

The hens have officially made their way down to The Hen House to help with clean up!

Thank you so so much to everyone who stopped by today, shopped, or shared!! I’ll tell ya what, you make clean up at the end of the day sooo easy when you show up like you did today!!

I’ll be picking through inventory tonight gathering more treasures to share tomorrow because friends… YOU SHOWED UP!!! 🥹😭 And you cleared out a whole lot of space for me to fill back up!!!

Praise God for putting this adventure on my heart and making all of this possible. I really just still can’t believe this is a thing sometimes… and I’ve been meeting the most beautiful wholesome people!!

All of the eggs and MANY Bibles found their way to new homes today too!!!

I’m hoping to have some baked goods in The Stand this weekend too, Lord willing! No promises 😅

Thank you for being here, for supporting this crazy little adventure, and for giving God all the glory right alongside me. He is so soooo good.
