Congratulations to our March employees of the month!!
Jeremy Fookes is our Director of Sales and has played a significant role in our company’s growth and success throughout his many years with us. He and I work closely together to understand and anticipate the needs of our customers, while also keeping the best interests of the company and our farmers in mind.
Jeremy excels at building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. In addition to managing these relationships, he oversees our entire sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and support whenever needed.
Over the years, and continuing to this day, Jeremy consistently puts in the time and effort required to ensure the job is done right. He understands that success does not come easily and firmly believes that hard work drives results. He genuinely cares about his work and is committed to seeing our company continue to grow and thrive.
We are fortunate to have Jeremy as part of our team, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside him as we serve our customers for many years to come....
Tanya Moreno has been a valued member of A.V. Thomas Produce since April 2018, when she began working in the packing shed. In January 2025, she transitioned to the Transportation Department, where she took on the role of Logistics Clerk.
Throughout her time with the company, Tanya has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to improving processes. In both the packing shed and her current office position, she has shown initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to support her team in any way possible.
Although Tanya entered the Transportation Department without prior logistics experience, her growth over the past year has been exceptional. She approaches each day with a positive attitude, asks thoughtful questions, and actively seeks opportunities to learn. During slower periods, she proactively finds ways to stay productive and assist in other areas of the office.
Tanya’s dedication, professionalism, and drive to continually improve make her an outstanding asset to A.V. Thomas. We are proud to recognize her for her contributions and this well-deserved achievement.
