From working on customer requests, coordinating with production, shipping and transportation departments, to following up on opportunities or solving customer problems, he consistently takes ownership and follows through.

Rosa Aurora Garcia — Line Lead, MEV Packing Shed
We are proud to recognize Rosa Aurora Garcia as our Employee of the Month. Rosa has been a valued member of the MEV team since November 2003 and brings more than 20 years of experience and dedication to our packing shed.
As a Line Lead, Rosa is committed to leading her team fairly while ensuring orders are packed on time and meet our quality standards. She understands the importance of accurate materials inventory and consistently takes responsibility for helping the operation run smoothly.
Rosa is a dependable problem-solver who is always willing to step in and help wherever needed. We appreciate her leadership, dedication, and continued commitment to MEV.
