Farm wife or not, here’s your permission to treat yourself and go to the florist to pick out some pretty fall flowers for yourself to enjoy while you cook dinner! You deserve it!🌻

Tell us what you are having for supper! We had taco salad, chips, and salsa in the field tonight!

Had the cutest little helper in the kitchen making dinner for the field last night! Ott had so much fun making and icing the cookies. 🥰 Creamy Garlic Mushroom Cube Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin cookies for dessert!

Sometimes being a farm wife feels a little like being a personal DoorDash driver… running from field to field, delivering hot meals to keep everyone fueled up! 😂🚜 But having little helpers by our side makes even the busiest days a little sweeter. ❤️

During harvest, you have to expect some delays along the way. Sometimes it just so happens to be spending a whole day rebuilding the feeder house of the combine. We’re all done now and back in business!

Texas Roadhouse roadkill, ranch potatoes, and jalapeño poppers for the field meal tonight!

Another night, another field meal. Any guesses what kind of cookies were for dessert?

Last weekend, we had lots of family visiting, which means one thing around here… 🚜🌽 Lots of little kids eagerly waiting for their turn to ride in the combine! ❤️ There’s just something special about making these little memories on the farm!

Quick dinner break this evening. Homemade pizza, Caesar salad, and a yummy peanut butter dessert. It was such a beautiful evening watching the sunset and the kids play after dinner while finishing cutting the beans on this field. We’re soaking up all these warm days but are excited for it to cool off some and feel a little more like fall!

While the guys have been busy cutting beans, drilling wheat, and baling corn stalks our wives have been busy keeping us going with delicious food! Tonight’s meal was roast beef sandwiches, pasta salad, and potato wedges followed by caramel apple cheesecake bars! What is your favorite dinner to eat in the fall?
