CELEBRATING . . . 🥂
the news that our Gladsheim Gouda won 1st place 🥇 in its category (American Made/International Style-Goat Milk) and our Au Sable Valley Tomme won 2nd place 🥈 in its category (Farmstead Cheese-Goat Milk) at the American Cheese Society Annual Conference and Cheese Competition in Portland, OR last week!
We’ve spent the last couple of years drilling down on every detail surrounding the production of these two cheeses, teasing the terroir out of our fresh, raw goat milk and bringing consistency to the unique flavors and inviting textures in every batch. So, it’s particularly gratifying to have our efforts recognized in this way!
